Frequently Asked Questions
DELIVERY
Free delivery is included within a 15-mile radius of Woburn, MA. For locations beyond that range, a small additional travel fee will apply. Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll happily calculate and confirm the delivery cost for you.
We’ll arrive 45–60 minutes before the party begins to ensure everything is perfectly set up and ready for play!
SET UP & TEAR DOWN
Let us do all the heavy lifting! We handle both setup and pack-up. Just let us know where you’d like the play area arranged, then sit back and enjoy the celebration while we take care of the rest!
ADD ONS
We offer a variety of add-ons that can be added to any of our three packages, a la carte style. From extra soft play pieces to themed accessories, these options let you customize your party and make it even more special for your little ones. Go to "Our Packages" page to see more!
OUR EQUIPMENT
Safety is our top priority. Our soft play equipment is made from soft foam wrapped in cushioned, sponge-like covers with no sharp or hard edges. Everything is placed on thick protective mats to help cushion any little trips or tumbles. SANITATION
Cleanup is fully included in your package so you can relax and enjoy every moment with your little ones. All equipment is thoroughly deep-cleaned after each event with kid-safe cleaning equipment. We just kindly ask that if any spills occur during playtime, you do your best to keep the equipment dry.
INDOOR / OUTDOOR VENUE
We’re happy to set up indoors or outdoors, weather permitting.
For outdoor setups:
• A flat, solid surface is required (no uneven grass, gravel, sand, or mud).
• On very hot or sunny days, equipment must be placed in a shaded area, or we recommend renting a canopy, as surfaces can become dangerously hot.
• Please have an indoor backup plan in case of rain or wet ground conditions.

WEATHER POLICY
If rain or wet ground prevents an outdoor setup and no indoor option is available, refunds cannot be issued. However, we are more than happy to reschedule your event to a future date (subject to availability) within 13 months.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable (excluding the cleaning/damage deposit). If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a credit valid for 13 months from your original event date, provided the cancellation is made at least 5 days in advance. This credit can be used toward a future booking.
